What Happens During a Trial?

Our professional instructors will guide you through a series of safe, fun moves during a real Martial Arts class! You will learn self-defense, build confidence, and get in the best shape of your life!

During the Trial Class, you’ll be able to determine if you will benefit from developing physical skills like flexibility, agility and strength and even mental and emotional character traits like increased perseverance and soaring self esteem.

What happens after the class?

If you enjoy the class, you can enroll in the program. Your will receive your new student gear, start making new friends and become part of something positive while you learn new skills from trained martial arts professionals.

How often do I attend?

We suggest 2 classes per week in order to get the most out of our program.

What is the weekly program schedule?

Adults may attend up to 2 classes per week.
